We're back with a brand new episode! Less-Than-Clandestine Kisses

This week we discussed Gilmore Girls S3 E8 "Let the Games Begin" & Buffy the Vampire Slayer S3 E8 "Lovers Walk" 

Hormones rage as Jess and Rory share their first official kiss, and Xander and Willow share their last secret kiss. Sounds like Richard was quite the playboy, and Emily was maybe a homewrecker? Spike is back and going thru some stuff. Both Spike and Dru and Richard and Emily have significant memories tied to benches. Both Buffy and Rory are feeling pressure to go to certain colleges by certain parental figures. Turns out both Emily and Giles are over-packers, and both Luke and Oz can sniff out women. Plus, Bryan and Stacey reveal some of their own teenage rendezvous secrets.

Happy new episode day, friends! 4 in 4 & 5 by 5

This week we talked about  Buffy the Vampire Slayer S3 E7 "Revelations" & Gilmore Girls S3 E7 "They Shoot Gilmores, Don't They?" 

Relationships are strained this week! Not ours; don't worry. Buffy and Rory both get called out in front of everyone for harboring feelings for certain bad boys in their lives. While Jackson and Sookie very publicly disagree about whether or not they should have 4 in 4, Faith privately stews about Buffy, though she insists she's 5 by 5. (whatever that means) Bryan can't comprehend why anyone would watch this dance marathon. Stacey's worried she's made some enemies. And both shows should really brush up on the physical limitations of a 10-minute period.

This week we discussed Gilmore Girls S3 E6 "Take the Deviled Eggs..." & Buffy the Vampire Slayer S3 E6 "Band Candy"

Whether they're being showered with green gifts or being fed to a hungry demon snake, this week, it's all about the babies. Though quite concerned with their children and cars, the teens' guardians display pretty childish behavior themselves. Buffy gets in a car accident that really should have been a lot worse, while the Gilmore Girls cause damage to Jess's car that is somehow way worse than it should have been. Both shows have cops who definitely won't be using their guns. And Bryan has either gone insane or has exposed a dark secret about see-thru phones.

This week we discussed Buffy the Vampire Slayer S3 E5 "Homecoming" & Gilmore Girls S3 E5 "Eight O'Clock at the Oasis"

This week, both shows gave us games, disappointing car rides, and a couple of the goofiest scenes we've ever seen. In Sunnydale, Mr. Trick introduces us to a whole bunch of new weirdos, while over in Stars Hollow, another new weirdo, Dwight, just kinda shoves himself into Lorelai's life. Turns out high society tea time politics are almost as cutthroat as running for high school Homecoming queen. Both shows' editors use music to try to make us a feel a certain way about some potential couples. And Buffy may have survived Slayerfest '98, but will Bryan survive Cheesefest '21?
